At Just Basements, we do as the name says, Just Basements.
This means we specialize in just one area and we do it very well. We have lost count of how many basements we have finished, but during this time, we have perfected the process.
Finishing a basement opens up a world of creativity, it is a place where you can remove the rules of design and kinda just let your imagination go wild and have fun. Home gym, theater room, safe room, secret room, sauna, cowboy saloon, luxury wine cellar, home office or just a boring bedroom addition. We will make it happen!
Basement design
Once we have the budget determined, then we help you design it exactly the way you want it, this is one of the most exciting parts. Then we watch it come to life!!
Fit and Finish
Once the design is done it’s time to pick out the finishes. This is the fun time when you pick out the flooring, colors and other finishes that will make your space one of a kind.
Building Agreement
Now that we have the budget, design and finishes picked out it’s time to put it in writing, so that we don’t forget anything.
Financing
After we have the contract, then we get the financing part in place so that we can get the project going!!
